In a situation where you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full-refund. In case of a refund, contact us with your purchase details within 10 days. Include your order number and please mention the reason that refers to your refund. We appreciate customer feedback as it helps us in improving our products and quality of service. Once you have completed this process, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
The refund will be sent to the same account (Debit, Credit or Online Banking) that had been used while the purchase of the order. In case an order had been payed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be initiated using online banking.
We require an image of the product before returning and refund will only be processed if it complies with any of the reasons listed below.

- Incorrect Product
- Incorrect Size: Image of the Tag
- Wrong or Faded Colour
Note : The product should be in its original condition along with the price tag, packaging and other identifiers.
